Ameer Ghulab, a resident of District Peshawar, has been granted relief amounting to Rs. 30,000 in his gas bill arrears following the intervention of the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat Regional Office Peshawar.
The complainant had approached the office regarding excessive arrears reflected in his gas bill. The inquiry was conducted by Advisor Mushtaq Jadoon, while implementation proceedings were overseen by Deputy Advisor Muhammad Alamzaib.
Upon completion of the investigation, directions were issued to the concerned gas company, which complied by adjusting and waiving Rs. 30,000 from the outstanding amount.
