Digital System Made Mandatory for All Official Correspondence of the Education Department

In an important announcement issued by the Elementary and Secondary Education Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, it has been stated that in continuation of the department’s notification dated October 28, 2025, the honorable Provincial Minister for Elementary and Secondary Education has issued strict instructions that from Monday, December 8, 2025, all official correspondence and office affairs of the department shall be carried out exclusively through the “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Digital Work Space (KP-DWS).” This includes e-receiving and issuance, e-note sheets, and the transmission of official letters.
According to the announcement, all sections of the department have been directed to immediately start using the R&I module of KP-DWS. After December 5, 2025, manual receiving and issuance will be completely prohibited.
The department further clarified that any violation of these directives will be taken very seriously.
