Widow’s FEB & GIF Benevolent Grant Restored; Arrears of Rs. 24,895 Released through Intervention of Wafaqi Mohtasib

Khatoon Shaheen, widow of late Abdul Shukoor and resident of Peshawar, has had her Federal Employees Benevolent Fund (FEB) and Group Insurance Fund (GIF) benevolent grant restored through the intervention of the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat Regional Office Peshawar. In addition, arrears amounting to Rs. 24,895 have also been released in her favor.
The complainant had approached the office regarding suspension of her grant and non-payment of dues. The inquiry was conducted by Assistant Advisor Anjum Bibi, while implementation proceedings were supervised by Deputy Advisor Muhammad Alamzaib.
Following completion of the investigation, necessary directions were issued to the concerned department for immediate restoration of the grant and payment of outstanding arrears. The department complied accordingly.
