The Excise and Taxation Office Mardan collected Rs27.433 million in revenue in September 2026, achieving 143 per cent of its assigned monthly target of Rs19.3 million, reflecting its performance in revenue collection.
According to the department, the office collected Rs27,433,083 against the target of Rs19 million and Rs300,000 set for September.
To recognise the achievement, Excise and Taxation Officer Mardan Syed Naveed Jamal distributed certificates of appreciation and cash awards among officers and staff in recognition of their performance.
Speaking on the occasion, he appreciated the officers and staff for their hard work, dedication and sense of responsibility, saying that the collection of revenue beyond the assigned target was the result of their collective efforts.
He urged the staff to maintain the same commitment and professional approach to further improve government revenue collection.
The Excise and Taxation Office Mardan reiterated its commitment to continuing effective administrative measures, facilitating the public and ensuring timely collection of government revenue.
