The locals particularly appreciated the initiative taken on the special directives of the provincial minister, under which the Irrigation Department has started the construction of a causeway on an emergency basis in Mohalla Peran, Pind Gujran, while a site survey for the remaining work has also been completed. The elders of the area expressed their heartfelt gratitude for this timely step, terming it an important milestone towards resolving public issues.
