Provincial Minister for Irrigation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Riaz Khan met with various delegations and members of the public from different parts of the province at his office in Peshawar, where they apprised him of their issues and concerns.

On this occasion, Chairman DDAC Buner Kabir Khan and Member of the Provincial Assembly Mian Sharafat Ali Khan also met the Provincial Minister. During the meeting, the elected representatives held detailed discussions on political matters, important issues, and ongoing as well as proposed development projects. Important decisions were taken in the public interest. Provincial Minister Riaz Khan listened attentively to the problems of the citizens one by one and issued directives to the concerned authorities for immediate and effective action. Speaking on the occasion Provincial Minister Riaz Khan said that public service is the core mission of their politics, and the provincial government firmly believes in serving the people. He stated that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf believes in equal welfare, merit, and justice for both the rich and the poor, and that the vision of leader Imran Khan remains their guiding principle.
The Provincial Minister further said that Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Sohail Afridi, on the instructions of Founder Chairman Imran Khan is leading the Street Movement in an organized and effective manner, with thousands of workers actively participating. He informed that in connection with the Street Movement, Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi, Provincial President Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Junaid Akbar Khan, along with other party leadership, will visit Malakand Division on January 25.
All district and tehsil office-bearers of Swat and Shangla, along with workers from the Youth Wing, ISF, ILF, and all other subsidiary organizations, have been directed to ensure their participation at Qambar Bypass, Mingora, at 10:00 am. The grand Street Movement rally will start from Qambar Bypass, Mingora. Workers from District Buner will welcome the Chief Minister at Barikot at 11:00 am, while workers from Thana Batkhela will be present at 1:00 pm for a grand reception. The rally will conclude at Chakdara. The Provincial Minister said that until the supremacy of the Constitution and rule of law is established in the country, the people will not receive their rightful due. He added that the struggle for this cause will continue. He also demanded the immediate release of leader Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
