Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Public Health Engineering Fazal Shakoor Khan on Thursday distributed appointment letters among newly recruited junior scale stenographers, junior clerks, draftsmen, and tracers selected through ETEA.

A ceremony in this regard was held on which was attended by Chief Engineer Centre Amjad Shamsher, officers of the PHE department, and the newly appointed employees.

Addressing the ceremony, the provincial minister said that all recruitments had been made purely on merit basis and that no recommendations or external pressure were entertained during the selection process.

He added that the transparent recruitment process conducted through ETEA reflects the KP government’s commitment to merit and good governance.

He advised the newly recruited employees to perform their duties with sincerity, honesty, and dedication, and to play an active role in further improving the performance of the PHE department.

He maintained that the provision of clean and safe drinking water to the public is among the government’s top priorities and is also a noble and rewarding responsibility, adding all employees should perform their duties with a spirit of public service.

He directed the newly recruited staff to focus on their professional responsibilities instead of becoming involved in posting and transfer matters. He remarked that postings and transfers are part of government service and appointments may be made anywhere according to departmental requirements.

The Provincial Minister congratulated the newly appointed employees and expressed his best wishes for them, hoping that through their hard work, competence, and sense of responsibility, they would ensure the best possible service to both the department and the public.
