Special Assistant to the Chief Minister KP on Information and Public Relations, Shafi Jan, has expressed profound sorrow and grief over the tragic landslide incident in the Gambat area of Kohat district.
He stated that the loss of seven precious lives after incident were buried under the debris is extremely heartbreaking.
Shafi Jan said that Rescue 1122 and other relevant departments responded promptly and immediately launched rescue operations, resulting in the recovery of all the bodies from the rubble.
The Special Assistant said that the provincial government stands in complete solidarity with the bereaved families and will not leave them alone in this difficult hour.
He prayed that Almighty Allah grant eternal peace to the departed souls and bestow patience and strength upon the grieving families.
