The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project (KPCIP) organized a two-day intensive training session focused on how AI-driven content creation can help develop impactful communication content to promote water conservation and reinforce the narrative around improved sanitation services.
The workshop brought together communication teams from Water and Sanitation Services Companies (WSSCs) across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to produce citizen-focused, convincing, and high-quality communication content while promoting broader messaging on water conservation and sanitation.
In his opening remarks, Chief Executive Officer of WSSC Abbottabad, Engr. Rehan Yousaf, highlighted the importance of artificial intelligence in creating impactful audio-visual communication messages that can change prevailing mindsets regarding water and sanitation. “We cannot ignore the role AI has played and can play in changing perceptions about water and sanitation. Unfortunately, we waste water, thinking it is an infinite resource, and litter our streets because we don’t feel ownership,” he said. “AI can help generate content that addresses this perception and encourages responsible behaviour.”
The training aimed at promoting KPCIP interventions, strengthening community ownership of developmental projects, and shaping a positive narrative around water conservation, hygiene, and sustainable urban services. Trainers encouraged participants to combine creativity with factual accuracy, ensuring that public messaging remains both engaging and trustworthy.
Participants appreciated the combination of AI-based learning, strategic communication frameworks, and digital media skills, noting that the training provided practical techniques to improve the quality and impact of their communication campaigns.
On the first day, trainer Sharukh Dauran Khan conducted an intensive, hands-on session introducing participants to a suite of cutting-edge AI tools, including ChatGPT, Canva, Eleven Labs, Mid journey, Grok, and Meta AI. He demonstrated how these platforms can support scriptwriting, design development, video enhancement, voiceover creation, and content refinement. Participants practiced generating scripts, producing visuals, creating AI voiceovers, and designing awareness materials tailored to WSSC needs. The session empowered communication teams to adopt AI as a practical assistant for everyday tasks, ensuring higher productivity, consistency, and creativity in their outputs.
Following the technical demonstrations, Adnan Khan delivered a one-hour lecture on strategic communication, emphasizing the importance of planned messaging, audience understanding, and narrative building. He highlighted that while AI tools accelerate content creation, the effectiveness of communication ultimately depends on a clear institutional purpose and unified messaging. Adnan explained how WSSCs can strengthen public trust through transparency, timely updates, crisis communication, and data-backed storytelling.
The second day featured a three-hour session on Social Media Optimization (SMO) conducted by Daud Khan. He explained platform-specific strategies, content planning, organic engagement techniques, and best practices for managing digital presence. Daud emphasized that social media is an essential tool for public awareness, service updates, and citizen engagement. This was followed by a practical module where participants learned professional video recording, effective framing, photography, and field-based content collection techniques.
The workshop concluded with a commitment from WSSC teams to implement stronger public outreach initiatives and contribute to behavior change efforts across urban communities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the administrative affairs of the department, ongoing projects, challenges faced at the district level across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the future course of action. Minister Riaz Khan said that the Irrigation Department is a vital sector directly linked with the province’s economy, agriculture, and public welfare, and that its improvement requires a well-coordinated strategy and effective coordination. He expressed confidence that the new Secretary would utilize his professional expertise to further enhance the performance of the department. Secretary Irrigation Abdul Basit thanked the provincial minister for his trust and assured that he would utilize all available resources and administrative capabilities to ensure the timely completion of ongoing projects, accelerate the reform process, and make public-service initiatives more effective. Minister Riaz Khan reaffirmed the government’s commitment to improving the irrigation system across the province, strengthening canal infrastructure and ensuring facilitation for farmers through joint and continued efforts. Riaz Khan added that as per the clear directives of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Sohail Afridi a strict and uncompromising anti-corruption policy is being implemented across the province. Under this policy actions are being taken on the basis of zero tolerance. He emphasized that promoting transparency, accountability and merit in all government institutions is a top priority of the provincial government and any officer or official found involved in corruption will face legal action without discrimination. He further stated that safeguarding public resources is the responsibility of the provincial government, and all available means are being utilized to fulfill this obligation.
KP Food Authority Seize a synthetic milk production unit and Thousands of Litres of Fake and Substandard Milk Destroyed; Machinery and Raw Material Seized
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority has unearthed a major network involved in producing fake and substandard milk, seizing thousands of litres of hazardous milk and confiscating processing machinery and raw material during operations in Mardan and Kohat.
Director General of the KP Food Authority, Wasif Saeed said that individuals involved in the “heinous business” of manufacturing adulterated and unsafe milk deserve no leniency and will face the strictest legal action under the Food Safety Act.
According to the Authority’s spokesperson, the Mardan Food Safety team raided a house in the Saro Shah area of Takht Bhai, where a clandestine milk production unit was operating. Thousands of litres of adulterated milk were recovered and destroyed on the spot. The team also seized raw materials used in the preparation of fake milk along with the machinery installed at the premises. The spokesperson added that the adulterated milk was meant to be supplied to various local markets.
Similarly, in Kohat, Food Safety officials carried out inspections in local markets and tested multiple samples through the mobile food testing laboratory. During the crackdown, the team recovered 1,000 litres of substandard milk from a dairy shop and a supply tanker. The milk was destroyed, the tanker was taken into government custody, and the shop concerned was sealed. Legal proceedings have been initiated against all individuals involved.
DG Wasif Saeed appreciated the performance of the Food Safety teams and reiterated that the Authority would continue its crackdown against elements involved in producing harmful and substandard food items. He urged citizens to report such “anti-people activities” to the Authority so timely action could be taken.
Provincial minister Syed Fakhar Jehan Conducts Surprise Visit to Shami Road Excise Office, Directs Prompt Public Service Delivery
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control, Syed Fakhar Jehan, carried out a surprise visit to the Excise Department office at Shami Road, Peshawar.
During his visit, he engaged directly with citizens, inquiring about their issues and issued immediate administrative instructions to ensure swift resolution and enhanced public convenience.
The minister emphasized that every individual visiting the department has the right to respect, dignity and efficient service delivery.
During the visit, the provincial minister personally interacted with citizens seeking various government services, listening to their concerns and issued on-the-spot instructions to relevant officers for prompt redressal of complaints.
He underlined that facilitating citizens and addressing their grievances promptly is a top priority of the government. He directed all officers and staff present to maintain courteous conduct with the public, provide complete guidance to every visitor and ensure that no delays or lapses occur in service delivery.
He stated that government employees are public servants and must perform their duties with professionalism, integrity, and dedication. Any complaint regarding misbehavior, delay or unnecessary inconvenience to the public will not be tolerated in the Excise Department.
The minister also issued several administrative instructions aimed at improving the efficiency of the service delivery system.
He stressed that restoring and strengthening public confidence in the department is essential and can only be achieved through professionalism, transparency and timely, high-quality services.
KP Excise Foils Major Drug-Smuggling Attempt; 300 KG of High-Quality Hashish Seized from Mazda Container in Mardan
In a major success against narcotics trafficking, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Excise, Taxation & Narcotics Control Department thwarted a large-scale smuggling attempt in Mardan, recovering 300,000 grams (300 kilograms) of high-quality hashish concealed in a Mazda container. The seized narcotics are valued in crores of rupees.
Acting under the provincial government’s zero-tolerance policy against drugs, the Excise Intelligence Bureau (EIB) conducted the successful operation on the directives of Provincial Minister for Excise, Taxation & Narcotics Control, Syed Fakhar Jehan.
The operation was led by Provincial In-charge Excise Intelligence Bureau, Saud Khan Gandapur and Excise & Taxation Officer (Counter-Narcotics Operations), Majid Khan.
The team, including Inspectors Zarjan Khan and Ajmal Lodhi along with other field staff, acted swiftly on a tip-off and intercepted a suspicious Mazda Titan vehicle on Ring Road, Mardan.
A thorough search of the vehicle revealed several concealed compartments inside the mounted container, from which a huge quantity of hashish was recovered.
According to the Excise Department, the narcotics, worth crores, were being transported for inter-provincial smuggling.
A case has been registered against the accused, and further investigation has been handed over to Excise Police Station, Mardan Region. The department has reiterated its resolve that the crackdown against drug dealers, traffickers android facilitators will continue across the province without discrimination.

اسلام آباد کا ہال! وہ مقام جہاں ملک کے مالیاتی فیصلے ہوتے ہیں، اور ہر صوبہ اپنے حق کے لیے آواز اٹھاتا ہے۔ عام طور پر یہ اجلاس رسمی ہوتے ہیں، مگر 4 دسمبر 2025 کو فضا میں ایک خاص قسم کا برقی تناؤ تھا، جو کسی غیر معمولی واقعے کا پیش خیمہ تھا۔ میز پر اعداد و شمار اور قانون کی کتابیں رکھی تھیں، مگر اس کے پیچھے کروڑوں پاکستانیوں، بالخصوص غیور پختونوں کا مقدر داؤ پر تھا۔ ایک طرف مرکز کی بوجھل مالیاتی پالیسیاں تھیں، تو دوسری طرف خیبر پختونخوا کے وہ زخم تھے جو دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ کی دہائیوں پرانی قیمت ادا کر رہے تھے۔
جب خیبر پختونخوا کے نوجوان اور پرعزم وزیر اعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی نے مائیک سنبھالا تو ہال میں چھائی سرد خاموشی اچانک ایک فتح مند گرج میں بدل گئی۔ ان کا لہجہ لچکدار مگر حق پرستی کی طاقت سے لبریز تھا۔ وہ محض ایک سیاسی لیڈر نہیں، بلکہ عوامی وکیل کے طور پر آئے تھے، جو اپنے ساتھ صرف کاغذات نہیں، بلکہ اپنے صوبے کی شاندار تاریخ، عظیم قربانیوں اور روشن مستقبل کے خواب لے کر آئے تھے۔
ایک اچھا لیڈر وہی ہوتا ہے جو جہاں بھی جاتا ہے، خوب تیاری اور اپنی ٹیم سے بھرپور مشاورت کے بعد جاتا ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی نے بھی نیشنل فائنانس کمیشن کے اجلاس میں آنے سے پہلے تمام مالی ماہرین، یونیورسٹیز کے طلباء، اساتذہ کرام اور ٹیم کے ساتھ ہفتوں مشاورت کی، اور سوچ سمجھ کر وطن اور قوم کے آئینی حقوق اور خوشحالی کی بات کی، جس سے ان کا مؤقف ناقابلِ تردید اور مضبوط چٹان کی طرح بن گیا۔
یہ بات تاریخ میں سنہری حروف سے لکھی جائے گی کہ ملک کی تاریخ میں یہ پہلی دفعہ تھا کہ کسی صوبے کے وزیر اعلیٰ نے محض مطالبہ کرنے کے بجائے، اتنی ٹھوس، مدلل اور جامع تیاری کے ساتھ اپنے صوبے کے آئینی حقوق کے لیے وفاق کے سامنے مقدمہ پیش کیا، اور صوبائی خودمختاری کی ایک نئی بنیاد رکھی۔
انہوں نے اپنی تقریر کا آغاز ایک ایسی للکار سے کیا جس نے پورے ملک کی توجہ کھینچ لی: “جناب چیئرمین! ہم اس میز پر بھیک مانگنے یا رعایت لینے نہیں آئے ہیں۔ ہم اپنے آئینی حق کے حصول کے لیے یہاں سینہ تان کر کھڑے ہیں۔ خیبر پختونخوا نے گزشتہ دو دہائیوں میں پوری قوم کی سیکیورٹی کی وہ قیمت ادا کی ہے جس کا تصور بھی محال ہے۔ ہم نے اپنے بازار، اپنے گھر اور اپنے پیارے کھوئے ہیں۔ کیا ان عظیم قربانیوں کا کوئی مالیاتی اعتراف بھی ہوگا یا نہیں؟
یہ مقدمہ صرف سرکاری اہلکاروں کا نہیں تھا وزیراعلیٰ نے نہایت خوبی سے صوبے کی تمام سیاسی جماعتوں اور عوامی نمائندوں کے یکجا موقف کو پیش کیا، جس نے وفاقی حکام کو یہ پیغام دیا کہ صوبے کے حقوق کے معاملے پر خیبر پختونخوا مکمل طور پر متحد ہے، اور یہی اتحاد ان کی سب سے بڑی طاقت تھی۔
وزیر اعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی کی قیادت ایک ایسے ماڈل کے طور پر ابھری جہاں سیاست صرف اقتدار کی جنگ نہیں، بلکہ اصولی مؤقف، شفافیت اور عوامی مفاد کی عظیم خدمت ہے۔ انہوں نے اپنے مقدمے کا سب سے مضبوط حصہ نئے ضم شدہ قبائلی اضلاع پر مرکوز کیا اور ان کا مقدمہ دلائل کی قوت سے جیتا۔
انہوں نے پوری وضاحت سے بتایا کہ ان اضلاع کو خیبر پختونخوا میں شامل ہوئے کئی سال ہو چکے ہیں، مگر ان کی ترقی کے لیے مختص 100 ارب روپے سالانہ کا وعدہ تاحال پورا نہیں ہوا۔ انہوں نے مرکز کو چیلنج کیا کہ یہ علاقے اب پاکستان کی مرکزی دھارے کا حصہ ہیں اور انہیں NFC فارمولے میں مکمل طور پر ضم کیا جائے۔ یہ پیسہ صرف تعمیرات کے لیے نہیں، بلکہ لاکھوں بے روزگار نوجوانوں کو امن کی معیشت میں شامل کرنے اور انہیں قلم اور کتاب تھمانے کی ضمانت ہے۔
وزیر اعلیٰ نے خالص ہائیڈل منافع کے بقایاجات کا معاملہ بھی پوری قوت سے اٹھایا، جو صوبے کا قانونی حق ہے۔ انہوں نے اس معاملے پر جذباتی بیان بازی کے بجائے آئینی اور قانونی دلائل کی طاقت کو استعمال کیا، اور مرکزی حکومت کے لیے ان واجبات کو مزید نظر انداز کرنا ناممکن بنا دیا۔
سہیل آفریدی کا مقدمہ صرف فنڈز کے حصول تک محدود نہیں تھا۔ انہوں نے ایک واضح ویژن دیا کہ ہر اضافی روپیہ ترقی، خوشحالی اور پائیدار امن کی طرف ایک ٹھوس قدم ثابت ہوگا۔ انہوں نے یقین دلایا کہ یہ فنڈز تعلیمی وظائف، صحت کے منصوبوں اور چھوٹے کاروباروں کی ترقی پر خرچ ہوں گے، جو براہ راست عام آدمی کی زندگی میں انقلاب لائیں گے۔
آخر میں، اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ وزیر اعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی نے اس تاریخی اجلاس میں صرف ایک مقدمہ نہیں جیتا، بلکہ انہوں نے پورے صوبے کو یہ فخر محسوس کرایا کہ ان کا حق مانگنے والا ایک نڈر اور مضبوط وکیل موجود ہے۔ یہ مقدمہ مرکز اور صوبوں کے درمیان مالیاتی تعلقات کے ایک نئے اور مثبت دور کی بنیاد ہے، اور توقع کی جاتی ہے کہ مرکزی حکومت بھی اس مقدمے کو قومی یکجہتی کے تناظر میں دیکھے گی اور صوبے کے حقوق کی مکمل ادائیگی کو یقینی بنائے گی۔ یہ ایک ایسی حکمرانی کی جھلک تھی جو عوام کے اعتماد کو مضبوط کرتی ہے، اور پختونخوا کے روشن مستقبل کی نوید سناتی ہے۔

صوبائی ڈیزاسٹر مینجمنٹ اتھارٹی خیبر پختونخوا نے پاکستان میٹرولوجیکل ڈیپارٹمنٹ ریجنل میٹ آفس پشاور کی پیش گوئی کی بنیاد پر موسم سے متعلق ایڈوائزری جاری کر دی ہے۔ جس کے مطابق 4 دسمبر کی رات سے ایک کمزور مغربی ہواؤں کا سلسلہ ملک کے بالائی علاقوں میں داخل ہوگا جس کا آج 5 دسمبر 2025 تک جاری رہنے کا امکان ہے۔اس سسٹم کے تحت چترال (اپر و لوئر)، دیر (اپر و لوئر)، سوات، بونیر، کوہستان (اپر و لوئر)، کولئی پالس، شانگلہ، بٹگرام، تورغر، مانسہرہ اور ایبٹ آباد کے پہاڑی علاقوں میں ہلکی بارش اور پہاڑوں پر برفباری کا امکان ہے۔ پشاور، چارسدہ، صوابی، مردان اور ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان کے میدانی علاقوں میں سموگ اور دھندکی صورتحال برقرار رہنے کی توقع ہے۔جس کے پیش نظر پی ڈی ایم اے نے عوام الناس کو احتیاط برتنے اور کسی بھی ہنگامی صورتحال میں پی ڈی ایم اے کے صوبائی ایمرجنسی آپریشن سینٹر سے ہیلپ لائن: 1700 رابطہ کی ہدایت کی ہے۔ اس امر کا اعلان پی ڈی ایم اے کے جاری کردہ اعلامیہ میں کیا گیا ہے۔

وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا کے معاون خصوصی برائے اطلاعات و تعلقات عامہ شفیع جان نے کہا ہے کہ وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا سہیل آفریدی کو آج مسلسل نویں بار اڈیالہ جیل میں بانی چیئرمین پاکستان تحریک انصاف عمران خان سے ملاقات کی اجازت نہیں دی گئی،وزیراعلیٰ کو جیل کے اندر داخلے سے روکنا نہ صرف آئین و قانون کی سنگین خلاف ورزی ہے بلکہ عدالت کے واضح احکامات کو بھی پامال کرنے کے مترادف ہے،اپنے دفتر سے جاری ایک بیان میں شفیع جان نے کہا کہ پنجاب حکومت اور سپرنٹنڈنٹ اڈیالہ جیل کا طرز عمل مکمل طور پر سیاسی انتقام کی واضح علامت ہے، ان کا کہنا تھا کہ عمران خان کو ایک سیاسی قیدی بنا کر رکھا گیا ہے اور ان پر درج تمام مقدمات جعلی، من گھڑت اور بے بنیاد ہیں،عدالتی احکامات موجود ہونے کے باوجود وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا اور دیگر سیاسی قیادت کو ملاقات سے روکنا افسوسناک، غیرقانونی اور غیرجمہوری اقدام ہے،معاون خصوصی نے کہا کہ پنجاب حکومت کے اس طرح کے اوچھے ہتھکنڈے کسی صورت قبول، عمران خان سے ملاقات سے روکنے کے مسلسل اقدامات قوم اور پارٹی قیادت سے انھیں دور رکھنے کی منظم کوشش کی جارہی ہے، آخر میں معاون خصوصی شفیع جان نے مطالبہ کیا کہ عدالت کے فیصلوں پر فوری عمل درآمد کروایا جائے اور وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا سمیت پارٹی قیادت کو عمران خان سے ملاقات کرنے دی جائے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پنجاب حکومت کا غیرآئینی رویہ جمہوری اقدار کی توہین ہے۔

وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا کے معاون خصوصی برائے اطلاعات و تعلقات عامہ شفیع جان نے کہا ہے کہ وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا سہیل آفریدی نے اپنی ٹیم کے ہمراہ قومی مالیاتی کمیشن کے اجلاس میں بھرپور تیاری کے ساتھ شرکت کی اور صوبے کا مقدمہ مؤثر، مدلل اور مضبوط انداز میں پیش کیا۔انہوں نے کہا کہ کہ وزیراعلیٰ نے اجلاس میں این ایف سی شیئرز اور وفاق کے ذمے پن بجلی منافع کے بقایا جات کا معاملہ بھی تفصیل سے اٹھایا۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے فنڈز کی کم تقسیم اور ’وار آن ٹیرر کے لیے ناکافی وسائل پر اپنے تحفظات واضح طور پر رکھے۔ وزیر اعلی نے گیارہویں این ایف سی اجلاس میں مالیاتی طور پر سابق فاٹا کو ضم کرنے اور دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں حصہ 1 فیصد سے 3 فیصد تک بڑھانے اور صوبے کے این ایف سی کے مجموعی شئیرز کو14.62سے19.62تک بڑھانے کا مطالبہ کیا،معاون خصوصی کا کہنا تھا کہ صوبے کے حقوق کے لیے ہر فورم پر بھرپور انداز میں آواز اٹھائی جائے گی۔یہاں سے جاری ایک بیان میں شفیع جان نے کہا کہ وفاق نے سابق فاٹا کے انضمام کے وقت ہر سال 100 ارب روپے دینے کا وعدہ کیا تھا، وفاق نے سات سال میں صرف 168 ارب روپے دئیے لیکن بدقسمتی سے ضم اضلاع کے لئے 700 ارب روپے میں وفاق کے ذمے ابھی تک 532 ارب روپے کے بقایاجات ہے، وفاق کی جانب سے طے شدہ فنڈز جاری نہ ہونے سے صوبے کو بھاری مالی بوجھ برداشت کرنا پڑا، انہوں نے بتایا کہ خیبرپختونخوا کے نیٹ ہائیڈل و دیگر بقایا جات کی مد میں وفاق کے ذمے تقریباً 3500 ارب روپے واجبات ہیں لیکن وفاق صوبے کے بقایا جات ادا نہیں کر رہا،انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ انتظامی انضمام کے باوجود این ایف سی شیئر میں اضافہ نہیں کیا گیا جس سے قبائلی اضلاع کی ترقی کا عمل شدید متاثر ہوا ہے،شفیع جان نے کہا کہ وزیر اعلی نے ضم شدہ اضلاع کی آبادی اور رقبہ کو شامل کرکے صوبے کے شیئر کا ازسرنو تعین کا بھی مطالبہ کیا کیونکہ اس وقت این ایف سی شیئر عملاً ساڑھے تین صوبوں میں تقسیم ہو رہا ہے جو آئین کی روح کے خلاف ہے، وفاق کی مالی تاخیر سے ضم شدہ اضلاع میں امن و امان کے مسائل بھی جنم لے رہے ہیں،معاون خصوصی نے کہا کہ خوش آئند بات یہ ہے کہ این ایف سی ایوارڈ میں شیئرز کے معاملے پر صوبے میں حکومت اور اپوزیشن یکساں مؤقف رکھتی ہے۔ نوجوان وزیراعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی کی قیادت میں صوبے کو اس کے جائز مالی حقوق دلانے کے لیے ہر ممکن کوشش کی جائے گی۔انہوں نے کہا کہ خیبرپختونخوا وہ صوبہ ہے جس نے دہشت گردی، بدامنی اور قدرتی آفات کے سبب شدید معاشی دباؤ برداشت کیا مگر تمام چیلنجز کے باوجود صوبے نے ہمیشہ ملک کی مجموعی ترقی میں کلیدی کردار ادا کیا ہے،شفیع جان نے کہا کہ این ایف سی اجلاس میں وزیراعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی کی شرکت اور صوبے کا مقدمہ بھرپور انداز میں پیش کرنا ایک تاریخی موقع ہے،وزیراعلیٰ کی ہدایت پر صوبے کی جامعات میں این ایف سی شیئرز اور صوبے کو درپیش مالی چیلنجز سے متعلق آگاہی سیمینارز بھی منعقد کیے گئے جن کا مقصد نوجوانوں کو صوبائی وسائل، این ایف سی شیئرز اور مالی مسائل کے بارے میں آگاہ کرنا تھا تاکہ معاشرے کا ہر طبقہ صوبے کے جائز مالی حقوق کے حصول کے عمل میں مؤثر کردار ادا کر سکے، انھوں نے امید ظاہر کی کہ وفاق صوبے کے بقایا جات اور دیگر جائز مالی حقوق کے مطالبات تسلیم کرینگے کیونکہ کیونکہ پاکستان کے وفاقی ڈھانچے میں صوبوں کے آئینی و مالی حقوق کا تحفظ قومی یک جہتی کی بنیاد ہے اسی مقصد کے لیے این ایف سی ایوارڈ کو مرکزی حیثیت حاصل ہے
