Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government expands public complaints system to the X platform; over 300 complaints resolved within 45 days

On the special instructions of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Provincial Government has further improved the delivery of public services by extending the complaints registration system to the X platform.

Over the past 45 days, more than 300 public complaints were received through X, which the relevant departments reviewed promptly and ensured their immediate resolution.

This initiative is a clear example of the provincial government’s commitment to transparent, effective, and people-friendly governance, aimed at the swift resolution of citizens’ issues and the enhancement of public convenience.
