RTS Organizes Two-Day Capacity Building Workshop for DMOs at Shangla

Chief Commissioner Muhammad Ali Shahzada delivered the opening remarks at the inaugural session of a two-day capacity-building workshop organized by the Right to Public Services (RTS) Commission for District Monitoring Officers (DMOs) at Shangla. He highlighted the pivotal role of DMOs in the effective implementation of the Right to Public Services Act and emphasized the importance of professionalism, effective coordination, public awareness, and citizen-centric service delivery.

During the workshop, Dr. Arif conducted a detailed session on communication strategy and public awareness, focusing on strengthening outreach and enhancing public understanding of the RTS framework. Dr. Nigat delivered an interactive session on time management, equipping participants with practical tools to improve efficiency and workplace performance.

On the second day, the DMOs presented their district-wise performance, achievements, challenges, and future plans. The presentations were reviewed by Dr. Arif, who appreciated the participants’ efforts and shared constructive feedback and recommendations to further strengthen implementation at the district level.

The workshop concluded with a renewed commitment from all participants to improve coordination, enhance public awareness, and ensure the effective delivery of notified public services across the province.
